Dr George Mountis is a graduate of Birmingham City University (BSc in Business Administration and Information Management and MSc in Real Estate Management and Finance) and from The University of Birmingham (MSc in Marketing Management and PhD in Banking).
Prior to joining Delfi Partners & Company, he worked for CBRE in London as a real estate investment analyst and for HSBC in the M&A FIG UK team.
He later joined the Group Strategic Development & Planning team of Hellenic Bank and from 2010-2013 he has worked in the Group M&A & Strategy department of Bank of Cyprus.
He is working as a senior advisor alongside Roland Berger in Cyprus, Greece & Central Europe since 2013. Currently acting as visiting fellow at the University of Birmingham and Neapolis University, where he lectures in the fields of banking, real estate, corporate finance, portfolio management and financial modelling.
He also holds the CISI advance certificate of the Financial Services Legal Framework, being also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS, senior expert in Investments & Finance) and a qualified member of the Institute of Directors (Cert IoD).
Christos Patsalidis, born in Nicosia in 1954, is the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Finance since 2002.
He also holds the position of Alternate Governor for Cyprus of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Alternate Governor for Cyprus of the World Bank, Representative to the Council of the European Financial Stability Fund (EFSF), Deputy Governor of the Governors’ Council of the European Stability Mechanism, Representative of Cyprus to the Board of Europe Development Bank.
Prior to his current role, he served as Director of Finance, Directorate of Budget and Financial Control in the Ministry of Finance, Director of the Office of the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Acting Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defence.
Additionally, he was President of the Board of Directors of Cyprus Airways, Vice Chairman of the Cyprus Development Bank and Chairman of the Board of Cyprus Telecommunications Authority.
He has participated in various international and other conferences such as the “EU Arab World Summit Partners for Growth and Development“, where he represented the President of the Republic of Cyprus.
He holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Athens as well as a MSc in Economics from the London University.
Dr. Petros Sivitanides is a real estate investment and portfolio strategy expert. He has many years of research experience in some of the leading real estate advisory firms in the US and Europe, and has published several articles in reputable international publications in the real estate sector. He is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Ph.D. in Real Estate Economics) and the Georgia Institute of Technology (M.C.P. Master of City Planning). He has also participated and made presentations in many events in numerous international conferences in the USA and Europe. His research and publications have focused on the pricing of real estate assets, the long-term behavior of the commercial real estate market, the factors that affect geographical variations in capitalization rates for commercial real estate assets, real estate investment risk measurement and management, and strategic analysis and management of property portfolios. He has also written and published the book “Real Estate Investing for Double-Digit Returns”.
Frixos Savvides is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He started his professional career in London and returned to Cyprus in 1979. Soon after set up his own auditing firm PKF Savvides & Co Ltd, and retired from the firm in 1999 as Managing Partner, to join the Government of Cyprus as Minister of Health, a position he held until 2003. He has served in various Government Boards including Cyprus Telecommunication Authority and Chairman of Anti-drug National committee. Served in Boards of US and European listed companies, as an independent director. At present he serves as Chairman of World Trade Center Cyprus and Trust International Insurance Company (Cyprus) Ltd., and Deputy Chairman of Trust Re., as well as independent non-executive Board member of companies mainly in investment and shipping.
Christos graduated from the University of Athens in 1969 with a degree in law, and gained his postgraduate diploma in Shipping Law from University College, London. From 1972 he practiced as an advocate in Limassol at the Law Office of M.M. Houry & Co. and later, from 1978 until present day, as a partner in the Law Office of Chrysses Demetriades & Co.
In 1982 he was appointed as Minister of Transport, Communications and Public Works and then in 1985 he was appointed as Minister of Finance of the Republic of Cyprus, a position he held until February of 1988. Christos has been the Secretary of the International Tax Planning Association (I.T.P.A.), a member of the Offshore Institute, founding member of the Mediterranean Maritime Arbitrators Association and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
He advises many local and foreign banks and financial institutions on various issues, has been involved in floatations and listings of companies in Cyprus and abroad, handled foreign investments in Cyprus and Cypriot investments abroad, mergers and acquisitions and complex commercial transactions. He deals extensively in tax and financial matters. He has been published internationally and has presented various legal issues at international conferences and seminars. He is a member of the board of directors of various public companies and has served for eight years as Vice-Chairman of the Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency (CIPA).
Mrs. Kalogirou (BSc, MSc, MPhil) is the Chairwoman of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, the public independent supervisory authority responsible for the overall supervision of the securities market in Cyprus. Mrs. Kalogirou is also a member of the five-member Public Oversight Committee which is responsible for the supervision of auditors and audit firms. Furthermore, from September 2013 to June 2014 Mrs. Kalogirou served as a member of the then tripartite Resolution Authority together with the Minister of Finance and the Governor of the Central Bank of Cyprus, tasked to oversee the implementation of the resolution of the second largest credit institution in Cyprus. Previous professional experience of Mrs. Kalogirou includes her position as a Senior Officer of the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
Maarten joined RICS as its Regional Managing Director for Europe, Russia & CIS in 2014. After more than 22 years in (international) commercial and private equity real estate, Maarten appreciated the challenge of working for RICS as a not-for-profit organization at the heart of the property profession worldwide and in Europe in particular.
Prior to joining RICS Maarten has been working for companies like Corio and Bouwfonds in The Netherlands, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors in the UK and his last position has been at Composition Capital Partners as its Director Europe. Composition is a private equity real estate investment boutique, based in Amsterdam and Hong Kong.
Maarten teaches on a broad range of property related topics at various universities across Europe and is (co-)author and editor of a significant number of professional publications. Maarten holds a Bachelor degree in Hotel and Facility Management as well as a Master in Business Administration and a MSRE in property investment management. Maarten is a Member of RICS since 2004 and a Fellow since 2008.
Mr Pantelis M. Leptos was born in Athens, Greece on 23/10/1964. He holds a BSC in Civil Engineering, and a Master of Science in International Finance, Trade and Shipping.
He is a director of The Leptos Group of Companies, one of the largest and most successful private Groups in Cyprus and Greece and is the Deputy President and Member of the Board of Directors of the Public Company “Leptos Calypso Hotels Ltd”.
The Leptos Group name has become synonymous with refinement and excellence in quality design, construction and development in Cyprus and Greece with diversified presence in critical sectors of the economy including: Real Estate Property Development & Management, Design & Construction, Hotel Ownership & Management the Travel Market and Large Mixed Use Developments such as Neapolis; the new planned smart EcoCity in Pafos. The Group has recently embarked in new growth sectors under the Neapolis Smart EcoCity umbrella that include Healthcare and Education. Celia Pourgoura is an English qualified lawyer with an LLB qualification, an LLM qualification on Commercial Corporate law, a Middle Temple Barrister-at- Law with registration at the General Council of the Bar of England and Wales as a non-practising Barrister at Law, and a practising registered member of the Cyprus Bar. Between the years 2002 and 2005 and from 2008 until today she has been dealing with trust law, corporate and commercial law, anti-money laundering issues, contract law and corporate administration as well as issues of immigration and citizenship applications via investment. Since April 2011 she is the co-owner and director of CA ADVOCATES (Pourgoura & Aspri LLC). She speaks Greek and English fluently and currently learning Russian. She is a member of (STEP) Society of Trust and Estate Practitioner and of the International Bar Association. She is the President of the Polish – Cyprus Association, the Vice- President of the UK- Cyprus Association and a member of the board of directors of the India- Cyprus Association and the Ukraine – Cyprus Association.
Ray Soudah is the founding partner and chairman of MilleniumAssociates, the independent international M&A and Corporate Finance Advisory firm, based in Switzerland and the UK. Ray has extensive multicultural wealth management and private banking/investment banking experience having enjoyed a long and varied career in senior positions with UBS, National Bank of Bahrain, Clearstream, Midland Montagu and Citigroup across in territories as diverse as the US, Asia, Middle East and Europe. Ray is a Harvard Business School & INSEAD Alumnus and speaks English, French, Greek and Japanese.
Thomas Ziogas is the Senior Partner at NAI Hellas. He has wide experience for over 18 years in the property profession and specializes in consultancy, corporate real estate, investment sales & advisory, asset management and valuation.
Mr Ziogas is currently the Chairman of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in Greece.
Prior to NAI Hellas, he was the co-founder and Managing Director of King Hellas S.A. (the associate firm of King Sturge in Greece) for 9 years.
Mr Ziogas holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Nottingham and an MSc in Finance & Banking from the Athens University of Economics & Business. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), a Recognized European Valuer (REV) and a member of the Association of Greek Valuers (A.VA.G.).
Manthos Mavrommatis holds a B.Sc. (Econ) degree from the London School of Economics and a MBA degree from the Business School of the University of Chicago. He was Chairman of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Nicosia Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Currently he is the Coordinator of the Bilateral Business Associations of the Chamber. He is one of the five Cypriot members of the European Economic and Social Committee in Brussels, which is the institutional body at the level of the European Union of the social partners and non-governmental organisations. He is Board member of the Cyprus Institute and the Cyprus International Institute of Management. He served as President of the Cyprus Youth Board and as honorary-Consul of Mexico in Cyprus.
Philippos Mannaris graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a BSc (First Class Honours) in Actuarial Studies. He is a qualified actuary and a member of the Association of Actuaries of Cyprus and the UK. He joined Aon Hewitt in 2003 and is currently heading the Cyprus and Middle East Retirement and Investment Consulting Operations for the worlds largest HR and Risk Management Consultancy. Philippos works with clients on the full range of actuarial and investment issues, including investment and funding strategies, manager selection and investment governance. He is the consulting actuary for a number of multinational and local premier companies as well as pension institutions in Cyprus, Greece, Egypt and the Middle East. He was appointed as a non-executive Board member of the Central Bank of Cyprus in October 2013 where he also serves as the Chairman of the Board Investment Committee and a member of the Board Audit Committee.
Dr. Irakli Bukhiashvili is the founding partner and CEO of Fine Life Group Ltd with head quarters in Limassol and having their offices in Moscow, Tbilisi, Athens and representatives in London. Irakli has Master degree in Law in Russian State University of Humanities, University of Cambridge Certificate, Uppsala University of Sweden in field of International Law and PhD in Georgian Polytechnic University with specialisation in corporate and commercial law. He also has extensive experience in Russian, Cyprus and International Legal fields, which was gained through his working experience in Federation Council of Russian Federation as Assistant Chief Adviser of the Federation Council International Affairs and Usher Service Northern Administrative District of Moscow. Since 2009 he has been the Director/Shareholder, acting as legal advisor and investments consultant, furthermore since 2014 he is CEO and Shareholder of A.O. “Abiogroup” – one of the leading biological recycling factories in Russia. He speaks Russian, Georgian, and fluent English.
Evangelia Eliadou, is a qualified Lawyer, the daughter of the founder of the company and the Executive Director of the Pafilia Group of Companies, the largest private property developer in Cyprus.
Evangelia studied at the prestigious Kings College University of London where she graduated from her LLB Degree and Masters specialising in Commercial and Corporate Law. She then went onto The College of Law for England and Wales to complete the Bar Association. When returning to her home county of Cyprus in the year 2000, Evangelia completed her second Bar Association qualification before practicing Law at Christos Clerides & Associates in capital the city, Nicosia. Evangelia then joined the family business, Pafilia Property Developers and Group of Companies.
In her present position as Executive Director she is directly responsible for the Sales and Marketing. In addition, she is a key member of the Governing Council that drives the development of the strategic objectives of the company; one of which is to continue to be the leading, most innovative and well trusted developer in the Cyprus.
Marios Papadopoulos is the Head of Market Operations Senior Division of the Central Cooperative Bank since February 2016. Before that he served as the Director of Pafos Cooperative Savings Society for over 13 years.
Marios studied Accounting at the Loyola Marymount University (Los Angeles) and Money & Banking at the Adelphi University (New York). Following his studies he proceeded to work as an Audit Manager and subsequently as a Senior Audit Manager at one of the top ranking accountancy & advisory firms in Cyprus.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and ICPAC.
Panos Kanellopoulos is partner of Advisory & Corporate Finance, Delfi Partners. He is a seasoned financier with a long track record in investment banking, private equity and business development, having worked in well-known international banks and other financial institutions. With a very diverse background across industries, Panos carries a wealth of experience in originating and executing mid-market cross-border M&A and private equity transactions across SE Europe and the Eastern Mediterranean, developing young businesses in the business services and technology sectors, as well as debt financing companies from both corporate banking and leveraged finance standpoint in same geographies. Mr. Argyrides has a 24-year experience in the Financial Industry, where he held senior positions with Bank of Cyprus and Laiki Bank, both in Cyprus and abroad. Until January 2017 he was heading the award winning, Wealth & Markets Division of Bank of Cyprus, with a comprehensive service offering geared towards High Net Worth Individuals, Institutional and Corporate clients; spanning across Wealth & Asset Management, Global Markets, Brokerage, Custody and Investment Banking. He also served as Group Treasurer, General Manager UK and Director WM, at Laiki Bank, until 2008.

Konstantin Yasnov is a professionally qualified Senior Manager with 20+ years of experience in banking, finance, administration and management with background knowledge of international economic relations and Compliance, AML procedures and other European regulatory requirements, risk management policies and practices.

Mr. Yasnov holds Moscow State Institute for International Relations Masters Degree in International Economic Relations from Moscow State Institute for International Relations in 1981.
Kyriakos Chrysochos was born in Cyprus in 1962. After completing high school he received his Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Higher Technical Institute. He then moved to the United States where he received first his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the City University in New York. He then received his Master’s Degree, in Civil Engineering where he graduated with distinction, again from the City University of New York. He is married with three children, two civil engineers and one architect, who are preparing to take an active role in the Group and continue in their father’s footsteps. During his time in the United States he established his first contracting company. He then moved to Cyprus in 1990 where he established Cyfield Development which is now the holding company of the Cyfield Group of Companies. Kyriakos is a hands-on business man and an inspiring leader with a deep knowledge of all the aspects of the business. His philosophy, values and drive are the underlying reason for his success. On the one hand is a combination of extensive risk assessment, careful preparation and meticulous attention to detail. Since February 2008, Mufid has held the post of Group Chief Strategy Officer for Nest Investments (Holdings) Limited, responsible for setting standards for and implementing strategic / operational planning, corporate governance and organisational re-structuring. Mufid holds a number of intra-company directorships within the Nest Group and has executive responsibilities for World Trade Center operations. In 2012 Mufid co-founded the “Leap Day Foundation”, a Cyprus-based charitable trust, which was subsequently used as a conduit for the Nest Group corporate social responsibility initiatives.
